The building is a 4 story, 202 unit, 253,157 square foot facility located on an 8.62-acre site. The building is wood framed with stucco and cultured stone exterior finishes. A kitchen is included in each residential unit. A swimming pool and pool cabana building are in the building courtyard. Ancillary structures include four 6 car garages for the residents along with covered carports.
