Honor Health Neuroscience Institute

A new standalone 5-Story (above-grade) medical office building, totaling approximately 116,000 sf. The project includes the main entry lobby, conference space, a bio-skills area, a loading area, and on-grade and covered parking on Level 1. Covered parking is achieved by the extension of the Level 2 floorplate beyond the conditioned floor plate on Level 1. Other levels include OP Therapy, Multi-Specialty, Timeshare, Phoenix Spine Group, Research, Infusion, Phoenix Neuro Association, and a “shell” space. Some of the “shell” space is planned for future Ambulatory Surgery Center and clinic space for Barrows and SMIL. The project has integrated a public “Art Wall’ as part of the screening requirement, and a public seating area at the southwest corner of the site.
